Brian Rallens has been in the real estate industry for thirteen years, and has brokered over one thousand closed real estate transactions. His industry experience has helped clients through a vast array of transaction types, primarily including development land, ranch and agricultural sales, work for government agencies, investment sales, and sales and leasing for retail, industrial, and office property. A short client list includes fortune 100 companies, multiple government agencies both local, state, and national, and a great number of family offices and private parties. Uniquely bound by a single agency brokerage mandate, Brian's primary business proposition and promise to his clients is dedication to operating with integrity, disclosure of conflicts of interest and fee structures, providing sound and unbiased advice, and furthering the objectives and goals of his clients before his own. When not in the office you can find him enjoying the outdoors with his 10 year old son, hunting, or golfing.

Ben is a commercial real estate agent focusing on building successful client relationships whether representing buyer and sellers, tenants or landlords. Ben began his brokerage career in 2002 after spending four years as a public school teacher and coach. Ben soon transitioned into construction and general contracting building single- and multi-family residences. He has spent the last sixteen years as a commercial real estate broker in the Treasure Valley. Ben uses his construction and
development background to help clients navigate some of the complexities that can arise during a transaction. He is focused on finding solutions that are beneficial to all involved and prides himself on doing what is right by his client and doing it well.

Ben has a wide portfolio of experience and is always looking for the next opportunity to build expertise. Some of Ben's exclusive representation assignments include: Panera Bread, Red Robin, Lucky Perk Coffee, Commercial Tire, Interface Properties, Eisenberg Company, Woodbury Corporation, Idaho Power, Ferguson Supply, and others.

Ben is active in the community volunteering at his church and coaching a number of youth sports teams. He also spent several summers directing a summer camp for more than 200, 4th - 6th grade boys and looks forward to other opportunities to serve and mentor youth.

Mike, founding partner of NAI Select in Boise, Idaho, is a 12-year commercial real estate veteran with a wide range of real estate expertise, including retail, office, industrial, land and multifamily property transaction experience. Mike has built a solid foundation of corporate clients through his tenant advisory services.

Mr. Erkmann successfully guides local and national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, asset dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and lease obligations. Mike has led clients in over 200 commercial lease and sales transactions, totaling an excess of $300 million. His specific areas of expertise include market knowledge, financial structuring, transaction management, space utilization and strategic planning. Mike consistently exceeds the investment goals of his clients.

Mike has a passionate appreciation for Idaho and the outdoor
enjoyments that this unique state offers. When not in the office, he and his wife of 13 years and their 3 young children spend the weekends camping, skiing, and fly fishing.

Norm Brown

Norm Brown has been a top producing real estate agent primarily focused on development land and farm and ranch brokerage since he began in the industry 13 years ago. Norm has a vast array of industry experience also inclusive of retail, office, and industrial brokerage, as well as several stints of service working for schools, foundations, municipalities, and government entities in an advisory capacity for their real estate needs. Unwavering in his commitment to representation of his clients, Norm values integrity and transparency above all else in his business dealings.

Norm is deeply rooted in Idaho, graduating from high school here in the Treasure Valley and then attending ISU where his thesis was on the Economic Impact on Outfitting and Guiding on Idaho State Tax Revenues. Accordingly, his first few years after graduation were spent enjoying our wonderful State as a fly fishing and hunting guide. In his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors with his family skiing, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, mountain biking, and rafting.

Prior to commercial real estate, Norm worked for a Fortune 100 company in medical sales for 25 years, during which he met and married his wife and soul mate Janet, who was raised in Homedale. Together they have two grown children, both highly accomplished fiddle players and singers. Norm's primary motive for work these days is simply because he loves people, and he finds great joy in helping others succeed in their businesses, investments, and life.

As a fifth-generation Idahoan, Ben has always had the privilege of calling the Treasure Valley "home". As a result, he has developed a deep appreciation and understanding of our market. Ben has worked as a commercial real estate broker since earning a Bachelor's degree General Business from Boise State University in 2016.

Ben's objective is to be your trusted guide through the transaction or leasing process. Superior service is his focus - providing frequent updates, prompt responses, and authentic counsel. During his time in the industry, he has developed a breadth of experience in sales, acquisitions, and leasing, and is surrounded by an excellent team of real estate professionals who continue to guide him toward his goals.

In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and watching the Broncos win (or lose).

Eric brings to his clients more than 27 years of broad and diverse real estate experience, including commercial and residential land development, multi-family development, office and industrial build-to-suit construction and development, and landlord and tenant leasing representation. In addition, Eric has represented numerous clients in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily investment properties as well as vacant land throughout Idaho.

Eric's extensive real estate knowledge and experience benefits clients by offering an acute understanding of the complex elements of brokerage transactions and development projects, as well as the ability to effectively and efficiently navigate through the processes to allow his clients to make informed real estate decisions and produce successful outcomes.

Eric has managed numerous development projects throughout the state of Idaho and has worked with numerous national, regional, and local companies and clients on various build-to-suit and leasing projects in both a development and brokerage capacity during his career.

In addition to his comprehensive real estate development, sales, acquisition, and leasing experience, Eric also has a diverse commercial banking and business management background and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Eric is also a CCIM Institute Designee and Member and CCIM Idaho Chapter Member, as well as a member of the Boise Regional Realtors, Idaho Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Intermountain MLS.

Greg Picard

Greg Picard joined the Rallens Realty Consultants team in his second year of commercial real estate experience and after 15 successful years in the film industry, working as a sole proprietor/operator since 2008. A Boise native, Greg returned to the Treasure Valley in 2013 after living and working in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Portland, Salt Lake City, and working on global international projects from Kenya to Kathmandu. He brings a history of success as an entrepreneurial self-starter to his career in commercial real estate. After nearly two decades traveling the globe in film, Greg pivoted to a career in commercial real-estate with a focus on the Boise market.

A native Idahoan, Greg grew up in Boise and Idaho Falls and is grateful to have family and friends all over the State. Greg's wife, BriAnne, is also a real estate professional and has been working the residential market in the Treasure Valley since 2013. Greg's extensive experience working all over the Treasure Valley, coupled with his innate determination to follow-up, follow-through, and get the job done, make him an excellent commercial real estate agent.

Greg brings a keen eye for value, a meticulous attention to detail, direct open-minded communication, and a fierce self-determination to his craft in real estate. Russ Fulcher is licensed Idaho real estate broker and has worked in the real estate industry since 2006. He has experience in buying, selling, leasing, and garnering government approvals for many types of commercial, industrial, residential and development properties.

Mr. Fulcher was raised on an Idaho dairy farm and spent more than 20 years as an international executive in the technology industry, where he assisted in placing manufacturing facilities domestically and abroad. He has conducted business in all 50 US states and 48 different countries.

Russ served in the Idaho State Senate from 2005 through 2014, and is currently a member of the United States Congress. He holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in business from Boise State University, obtained Electronic Engineering training through courses at Micron Technology, and a Certificate in Energy Management from the University of Idaho.

He is a fourth generation Idahoan from Meridian and proud father of three adult children: Meghan, Benjamin, and Nicole.

Skyler is a third-generation Idahoan, who's had the privilege of calling the Treasure Valley home for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accompanied by certifications in Trading & Capital Management and Agriculture Commodity Risk Management. He brings a robust background in financial management from his undergrad and began his professional career as a commercial mortgage broker, gaining experience in consulting, sales and negotiation. He joined Rallens Realty Consultants of NAI Select in 2023, here he has been able to combine his passion for finance with a genuine love for fostering meaningful relationships and servicing others. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with family at his cabin in Pine, Idaho.
