Brian Rallens has been in the real estate industry for nine years, and has been a part of over 900 closed real estate transactions with more than half a billion in total consideration. He has helped clients through a vast array of objectives, including disposition of development land, agricultural sales, and sales and leases for retail, industrial, and office property. A short client list includes fortune 100 companies, multiple government agencies both local, state, and national, and a great number of private parties. Throughout his career Brian has made his primary business proposition and promise to his clients his dedication to operating with integrity, providing sound and unbiased advice, and furthering the objectives and goals of his clients before his own. When not in the office you can find him enjoying the outdoors with his 6 year old son, hunting, or golfing.
JP Sacht has had a propensity towards service since long before his graduation from the University of Idaho with an education degree. Since then he has dedicated his life to the betterment of others as a school teacher, elementary administrator, insurance agent, and most recently in the real estate industry. JP has had leadership roles in all aspects of his career, most notably including as a Vice Principal of the elementary campus of a large private school in Boise, ID where he was providing leadership and communication services for the educational staff and families who were members of an institution providing educational services to over 500 families' students. JP brings the heart of a teacher and the discipline of a listener. He seeks to understand first, and then will advise and coordinate to the best of his clients' interests.
